Ordering
You are deemed to place an order on hdcamclub via our online checkout process. As part of our checkout process you will be given the opportunity to check your order and to correct any errors. We will send you an order acknowledgement, detailing the products you have ordered. If you prefer to order with us via telephone or email, you will not eligible to receive any special offer which is provided online.

Our acceptance of an order takes place when we change the order status to processing. We will send you a dispatch confirmation by email. In some cases when we need to obtain more information from you regarding the order, we will give you a phone call. When we dispatch the order the purchase contract will be made even if your payment has been processed immediately, unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order or you have cancelled your order.

We may refuse to accept an order;

  • where goods are not available;
  • where we cannot obtain authorization for your payment;
  • if there has been a pricing or product description error; or
  • if you do not meet any eligibility criteria set out in our terms and conditions.
If buyer has to cancel the order before seller have dispatched the goods, you must notify us in writing with your order number on the subject. If any portion of the purchase shall be cancelled, buyer shall pay all cost already rendered to fulfill buyer's initial commitment to seller. This fee includes, but not limit to, the cost of any goods or services already in process, and a reasonable allowance for overhead and profit, and all shipping fees already incurred. Discontinue, closeout, clearance sales are final, absolutely no return or exchange.
Shipping Delivery
Most orders can be shipped within 24 hours. In no circumstance shall have any liability for loss of use or for any incidental or consequential damages dues to change of delivery schedule. All freight charges, and appropriate handling charges (when applicable) will be added to the final invoice. Buyer assumes full risk for the loss or damage in transit. For carriers or freight line shortages or damages, customer must contact the shipper and hold damaged goods for inspector.
Warranty Policy
Most products sold on hdcamclub carry a standard one (1) year warranty, EXCEPT FOR the following merchandize category such as spy cameras, spy DVRs or any type of displays (monitors). These categories along with Refurbished or Closeout /Clearance products, carry 90 days limited warranty.
Returns Replacements Policy

Standard Return Policy

  • Within 1-14 days, return for refund, no restocking fee
  • Between 15-30 days, return for refund with 20% restocking fee
  • After 30 days, repair/replacement only, no refund.
You can return goods you have ordered from us within 30 days of the Invoice Date for a refund. In order to obtain full credit refund, all items must be shipped back and received byaddress within two (2) weeks from the invoice date. After two (2) weeks all returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee. After thirty (30) days buyer is allowed for merchandise replacement/repair only, no refund will be issued. Return constitutes receipt of the product by, and not the mere issuance of an RMA. All RMA items will be repaired or replaced at stores discretion.

Limited Return and Replacement Only Policy

  • After 30 days, contact original manufacture for repair/replacement
hdcamclub does not offer any express warranties. However, any of the products that are not manufactured by us are carried through their own Manufacturers' Warranty. If the product(s) fall into this category, the returns for refund to can only be accepted within two (2) weeks from the invoice date, consequently, these returns will be subject to 20% restocking fee. After two (2) weeks, the products may only be returned for a replacement of the same or equivalent item. After thirty (30) days, please contact the original Manufacturers for warranty services. Detailed manufacturer warranty information can also be obtained for free by contacting our Customer Service department. “Return” constitutes receipt of the product by hdcamclub, and not the mere issuance of an RMA.
Return Procedure
To process a return, please follow hdcamclub store RMA procedure. The following conditions are not acceptable for return, and will result in the merchandise being returned to you:
  • The return package contains a C.O.D. tag
  • The return package does not have an RMA number
The rights to return the goods to us for credit will not apply in the following circumstances:
  • To any products that we have made or customized specifically for you (Custom Made Products), example, to install spy camera into the Exit Sign.
  • Special Order Item prepared or shipped especially for you.
  • Close Out or Clearance Items.
  • The package contains Missing Parts.
The rights to return the goods to us for repair will not apply in the following circumstances and the warranty is voided immediately:
  • Improper installation or maintenance including but not limited to physical abuse, misuse, neglect or improper voltage supply, lightning damage, power line surge.
  • Any other repair, modification, adjustment, or installation of option/parts by anyone other than.
